Greetings:

 We, Emith Temple No. 30 and Emith Court No. 18 wish to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" to each of you for attending our Desert Conference Gala Days event here in Wichita, KS., June 18 - 21, 2009.  Without your presence, our efforts would have been in vain.

We felt honored to have not only the Imperial Commandress, Dt Iris L. Moore, from New Orleans, LA, in our presence and that was a history maker but also the Imperial 1st Ceremonial Daughter, Dt. Josephine Wheat Stokes, St.Louis, MO, with us as well and we truly enjoyed and appeciated their presence.

We also were honored with the presence of the Isiserettes and the Steppers.  Even though the parade was rained out, there was a plan B and we had our own private Steppers show and it was just wonderful.  They even intermingled with the audience and had them "stepping" right along with them.  Thank you Steppers for a job well done and God Bless all of you and your sponsors.

We hope that all of your needs were met and your stay was enjoyable.  There were a few problems with the hotel but those have been addressed.
